Acceptance of Terms. By using https://verberfoodcordova.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Verber Food markets and arranges Burritos, Nachos, Elotes, Quesadillas, Taco Salad. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Verber Food (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Verber Food disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verber Food's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Verber Food in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Verber Food from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
