Verber Food is a family-operated Mexican food truck rooted in Cordova, TN, and we have spent the last five years cooking the kind of Mexican food we grew up eating. Everything comes off the flat top fresh, made to order, and seasoned the way our family has always done it. When you stop by our spot at 8555 Macon Rd, you are getting food cooked by people who genuinely care how it tastes.

Our menu is built around the dishes people ask for again and again. We handle burritos packed tight and warm, crisp-shelled tacos, and quesadillas folded around melted cheese and your choice of pork or chicken. We pile our nachos high, char our elotes just right, and build a fresh taco salad when you want something a little lighter. Every plate is made the authentic way, no shortcuts.
